What is Reflexology:
Reflexology is a “holistic” non-
Reflexology helps reduce stress and may induce deep relaxation. It may help improve circulation by cleansing the body of toxins and impurities and therefore balance the whole body system. It may give renewed energy and strengthen the immune system. It may stimulate creativity and may help prevent disease.

Subsequent treatments £25
What happens in a reflexology treatment?
During your first treatment a full and confidential medical history will be taken. You should allow 80 minutes for the first treatment. Reflexology may be used by all ages and those with “tickly” feet need not worry as the pressure used is firm enough for the client to relax fully
After a gentle “opening” where your feet are prepared for the treatment I then use a set pattern that covers the whole of the foot and therefore the whole of the body to stimulate pressure points. The application of cornflour ensures smooth and equal pressure. Although the treatment is gentle and many clients fall asleep, there may be sensitive areas which indicate that a particular area could be slightly out of balance. Once both feet have received the treatment, any particular areas of notice may be worked on again. At the end of the treatment you will be offered a glass of water whilst I explain what I have found.
Following treatments take between 45 and 60 minutes. You may feel that one treatment once in a while suits you, however if you require a specific result you can book a short course of treatments. At the end of each treatment aftercare advice will be given.
“If you’re feeling out of kilter, don’t know why or what about, let your feet reveal the answer, find the sore spot, work it out.”
Eunice Ingham, the mother of Reflexology.
